In Tekla you CAN`T create (and use) User Defined Attributes for: 

How can you make sure that all reference (files) will always be available/visible from different computers?

I know/think of two things:
1) Where do you need to keep these reference files?
2) How should the file location should be written in Tekla?

If you can choose only one file type, then what file format is the best to take as a reference (there are many possibilities that will work)? It`s the best/easiest to model your objects using this reference as the base.

Architects often will put different views (plans and sections) in ONE *.dwg file. How can you prepare your *.dwg reference files for Tekla Structures so that it would be easier to work with them?

Name at least one (your favorite) method to get Elevation or Section reference standing up 90 degrees from the XY plane.

In total, there are at least three different ways to do it.

Problem: When I add a new reference (drawing/ifc model), it appears in the wrong place. Name one possibility to move this reference to the right place (that is suitable and works well in Tekla).

Two possibilities are very common.

What happens when you write a reference file over with a newer version?

What`s the correct order for creating grids? (The top is the first thing and the bottom is the last thing)

When modifying a grid, what axis distances are absolute (distance from model 0,0,0 origin, not from the last grid line)? 

In Tekla we CAN`T lock (e.g. under User Defined Attributes)…

When you create a new view (e.g. section view), at the beginning it is temporary (it will not be saved to the views list). How can I save it to the view list and have it in the future also?
